7. Donation & Refund Policy

   • Donations made to DASHRATH PUTRA FOUNDATION are voluntary and non-refundable. As a non-profit organization, we utilize donations for various charitable activities, and once a donation is made, it is immediately allocated for ongoing projects and welfare programs.

   • In exceptional cases where an error in the transaction is identified (such as duplicate payment or incorrect amount entry), the donor may request a refund within 7 days from the date of transaction. Such requests must be made by emailing us at the contact details provided on our website, along with transaction details and a valid reason.

   • The final decision on refund eligibility rests with the foundation, and any approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original mode of payment.

8. Force Majeure

   • Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them or their enforceability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
